Due to ongoing impact from COVID-19, the number of parcel collections and shipment pickups throughout our fulfillment centers have been substantially reduced and delayed.

Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS have scaled back typical delivery operations to ensure safety and compliance. We’re working closely with carriers to closely monitor the situation across local restrictions and curfews in certain areas across the US. We’re sorry for any unavoidable transit delays and disruptions in delivering your packages.

However, if you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please feel free to let us know by mail us in 24 hours after purchasing.


To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and these following time periods:
- Production time: The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced.
- Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method ("days" here is "business days")
2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

* Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

Our apologies if the tracking number does not show any progress yet. We are dependent on the update from the carrier. There are also instances that they failed to update it in real-time.
Tracking pages normally will continue to provide updates once it arrives at the destination country and will pass through their customs.

Unfortunately, due to the Global Pandemic caused by COVID-19. There are flights cancellation and a shortage of workers in destination countries leads to mail backlog at exchanging office so TN stops updating.

We will forward your concern to our logistics department to check the real status of your order. We will circle back to you the soonest time we received their response.

* I never received my package ?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. 

- For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

- For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.
