SPECIAL COVID-19 RETURN NOTICE (April 1, 2020)
Due to current limitations at our Distribution Center, we are not able to accept return packages at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY MAILING LABEL YOU MAY HAVE RECEIVED RECENTLY AS WE CANNOT ENSURE THAT THE PACKAGE WILL BE SAFELY DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO US.
Commencing April 1, 2020, no returns will be accepted or processed until full operations have been restored in our Distribution Center and we are once again able to accept return deliveries. For purchases made from February 1, 2020 until further notice, we are extending our return window through June 30, 2020. If our Distribution Center is not able to reopen by June 30, 2020, we will post a further notice.

- Refunds (if applicable)
We will NOT refund items which damaged by our factory or the carrier. A new one will be sent to replace it.
Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
In case orders are returned to sender due to the above-mentioned reason, these items that cannot be stored in a storage. We will DONATE these items for charity and will NOT refund or resend. Shipping fee will NOT be refundable once items have been shipped.
- Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-15 days to US, 15-25 days to another countries by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that if you using coupon code, we don't accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
- Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days for exchange only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order contains multiple items, we will ONLY refund for the defective part, not the whole order.
In case of defective or damaged goods, customers need to provide proof with information within 1 week after receiving the goods! We will not responsible for customer complaints over 3 months.
Please contact our customer service to confirm your problem and take the return address befor you make any decision. If you return the item without our confirmation, we can not assure that it will be returned successfully to our return address and we will NOT refund it in this case.
- Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
